Find it, Fix it

Find it, Fix it is designed to address the National Curriculum requirements for risk assessment through hazard identification and risk control, in Science and Design & Technology. The program is a Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) initiative to help schools teach children vital safety concepts which are a key to later working life and central to accident prevention. The program is ideal for use in many home safety related situations.

The program features a familiar home environment. A series of common domestic hazards in a kitchen and bathroom setting are depicted on screen. Once the hazard is spotted the risk must be correctly assessed. In risk control mode the control method has to be matched with the risk. An animated sequence reveals the result when the correct option has been successfully chosen.
