Maths to Win: Games of Strategy

Fifteen Maths Games of Strategy
In each of the games victory comes only with a sound understanding of the winning strategy. To win, you must decide whether to play first or not, and then follow a winning strategy without error. Analysing the position can be anything from very easy, in the earlier games, to very complex.

Lots of Levels and Hints!
The games are arranged in order of difficulty. Whilst the winning strategy for the easiest games will be quickly discovered, the hardest games will take a lot longer! Each game has four levels, each level has a range of random starting positions. On-screen hints are available for all games. The lowest level of hints may just indicate whether the computer thinks it will win or not. Full hints describe the winning strategy. Intermediate hints help you to find the winning strategy. Each hint can be turned on or off, or they can be made available only via a password.
