Early Reading For Older Students on CD-ROM

At last stories and associated computer activities that have been specifically designed to promote literacy among older students, in the upper primary and early secondary years, who have reading difficulties. There are many teacher control options and the stories are on high-interest age related subjects such as surfing, crocodiles, big machines, gorillas and dreaming.

The information sheet (PDF file) and our web pages provide full information on the Spinout Stories and the associated printed books. Currently two packs of stories and activities are available (the Red Pack CD-ROM and the Blue Pack CD-ROM) for Windows 95/98, 2000, NT4, ME and XP. Mac versions are being released a little later on.
